I love that notion that a 6 is sure of what they know, but what they know might not be true. Also the idea of an untrustworthy narrator, put's the viewer/reader on uneasy footing, any other stories come to mind with one?

A classic is "Turn of the Screw," the ghost story by Henry James. The governess who tells of the strange children may be imagining things.

Also Esther in "Bleak House" by Dickens. Like Nelly Dean, Esther colors her story with her own perspective.

I can claim no credit for discerning these, though. My English lit degree is earning its keep.
